However, authentic leadership begins with self-improvement and cultivating the right mindset. It enables you to recognize your strengths and areas for growth, empowering you to lead with greater clarity and purpose. After attending twelve coaching sessions, I know better about myself. Especially having to release all the myths I used to hold dear to my heart.

2. Challenging Assumptions: As a senior manager, it’s crucial to challenge existing assumptions and perspectives. It is amazing how much nonsense I was told about being a senior at work. A coach provided me with a supportive and non-judgmental environment where I could explore alternative ways of thinking.
